Journey on Relaxation

I seem to be unable to relax on demand.  I have had to participate in several of these relaxation journeys.  I know relaxation is essential for optimal health and wellness.  However, I feel I do not have time for a set time dedicated to relaxation.  Currently, I am content if I sleep more than six hours a night.  Thinking about setting a time to relax or meditate actually does the opposite for me, and stresses me out because of time issues.  There are several other things I could be doing opposed to relaxing.
I am sorry professor and class, but I did not get anything from this journey :/ I hope in the future I am able to train myself to relax!  However, I see this happening after graduation, or when I do not have to work and go to school.

Introduce Justina

Hello everyone!

My name is Justina Kline and I have never blogged before, nor am I familiar with the process, I do not even read blogs.  I hope I can figure this out!

I am working towards my bachelor's in Health and Wellness.  It is exciting that I can see an end in sight.  I still have quite some time, but now as I am going to school full time, year round I am closer than ever.

After, I receive my bachelor's in Health and Wellness I would like to continue on to graduate school.  I would like to achieve graduate certificates in statistics and research methods.  I would like to make a difference in people lives by providing them with the education to live a healthy lifestyle.  After this I would like to obtain my PhD.  I believe I would like my PhD in public health.  However, this is quite a few years away, so I have time to think this through some more.
